Ted has over 30 years engineering and supply chain experience and now specialises in warehouse and supply chain process reviews and systems selection and implementation. He has a particular expertise in order and warehouse management systems and, based on 13 years of assessing warehouse, distribution and fulfilment operations, prides himself on being able to take a truly pragmatic approach.

With well developed analytical and inter-personnel skills, backed up by a wealth of experience he is quickly able to assess situations and come up with realistic and practical recommendations for improved methods. Ted's wide ranging experience includes work carried out for BICC Cables, British Pepper and Spice, British Sugar, Clyde Bonding, East Midlands Electricity, Fuji Photo Film, Healthcare Logistics, Hoechst, Kelloggs Europe, Kraft Jacob Suchard, Logicom, Macfarlane Transport, Nichol Beauty, P&O Trans European, Procter & Gamble, Scholl Products, SmithKline Beecham, Spicers, Woolworths, Unipart and Zomax.

He also offers a materials handling, warehouse design and project management capability developed during his 8 years at Boss Trucks from work with companies such as British Aerospace, Dow Chemical, Ind Coope Burton Brewery and KLM.

Ted has been an author and conference presenter since 1991, primarily on subjects relating to the efficient operation of warehouses.
